NEW PATIENTS We kindly request that new patients fill out their New Patient Form prior to their appointment, where possible. A link will be provided in your booking confirmation email. EMERGENCIES If you are in need of an urgent appointment, please call us and we will try to accomodate you with an appointment as soon as possible. CANCELLATION POLICY We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, within which a cancellation fee may apply.
