NEW PATIENTS We kindly ask that new patients fill out their New Patient Form prior to their appointment. A link will be provided in your booking confirmation email. EMERGENCIES If you are in need of an urgent appointment, please call us and we will try to accommodate you with an appointment as soon as possible. CANCELLATION POLICY We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you are unable to find a suitable time slot, please call us on (07) 3269 2064.
