APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION Appointments made online will be manually reviewed by staff during business hours. Patients will receive an SMS confirming the online booking and requesting more information if required. Appointments will only be considered "CONFIRMED'' when SMS reply is received. If no response within 48hrs the online booking will be cancelled. CANCELLATION POLICY We request a minimum of 48hrs notice of appointment cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee being charged.
