If you do not see an appointment time that suits you please call our friendly team on (03) 9131 9000. When booking in a Pain/Emergency appointment, please be advised we will always try to provide treatment on the day of your initial appointment. However, in some cases this may not be appropriate and we may need to make another appointment for your treatment. All appointments one hour or longer will require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. This will automatically be deducted at the end of your appointment. The deposit is REFUNDABLE if you reschedule or cancel your appointment with over 24 hours notice. The deposit will not be refunded in cases of no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. Our policy helps us manage our schedule and resources effectively by minimising last minute cancellations. This allows us to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system, ensuring that patients in need or in pain have more opportunity to be seen as quickly as possible.
